From the Founder — “The Studio I Always Dreamed of Building”

When I first imagined this studio, I didn’t want to build something that was just great for Thailand.
I wanted to build a facility that would hold its own against the best in London, LA, or Berlin. Something so acoustically pure, so technically flexible, and so beautifully designed, that the space itself would elevate every performance, every session, every note.

That’s why I brought in Jay Kaufman & Associates — the acoustic design legends. From floating floors to silent HVAC, from perfect isolation to crystal-clear frequency response — no shortcut was taken. Everything here was made to support excellence.

Studio A is my crown jewel — a vast 375 sqm recording room where we’ve captured string sections, full orchestras, explosive rock bands, delicate acoustic performances — all with stunning clarity and warmth. Studio B offers intimacy and vibe, perfect for singer-songwriters, rappers, or chamber sessions.

We’ve hosted international artists, award-winning producers, composers, engineers — some flew in just to experience this room. And yet, the atmosphere has remained welcoming, inspiring, and creative. From the lush garden outside to the thoughtful flow between recording zones, it’s a place that invites people to stay, focus, and do their best work.

We didn’t build this to flip. We built it to last. Every cable, console, and finish was selected for quality and longevity. The staff — many of whom have been with me for years — are talented, loyal, and passionate about sound.

In Studio A, entire film scores have come alive. In Studio B, voices have broken through. My isolation booths know the secrets of whispered vocals and explosive solos. My lounges have held midnight ideas that became morning masterpieces.

I am not a warehouse or a retrofit.
I am an instrument — tuned, balanced, ready.

Outside, my gardens calm the creative mind. My driveway invites touring vans, black cars, and food trucks. My office wing has housed ideas, budgets, collaborations. My walls remember everything — but never repeat it. Every session here is new. Every track is sacred.

I stand proudly in Asia, yet I speak a global language: music, perfectly recorded. I’ve stood quietly for symphonies. I’ve shaken during late-night jams. I’ve adapted, welcomed, served, and celebrated.

Music Recording Studio Sale The Opportunity: This is a unique opportunity to purchase one of the foremost music recording facilities in Asia. Designed by the world-renowned studio design services of Kaufman & Associates. There are only a few comparable studios located in Asia. The studio is for sale as a fully operational business including all equipment and client base. Page 1 of 11 Music Recording Studio Sale The Deal: The seller is offering the sale of the business, land and all assets for 190M Thai Baht (5.6M USD). The seller will also consider offers that allow her to retain a minority shareholder role. Executive Summary: This unique music studio was designed by Jay Kaufman & Associates and is located in Bangkok. Is offered for sale for the sum of 5.5M USD. 

The Facility consists of 3 buildings. The studio building offers Studio A, a huge 375 square meter recording studio suitable for live orchestral recording, and Studio B, a more intimate recording space for individual artists or bands. There are smaller isolation studios, meeting rooms, and lounges located in the main building. In addition to the main studio building, there is an additional office building with living quarters on the second floor. A third building structure only, currently used as a vinyl production studio is included in the sale. The vinyl production equipment is not included in the sale. 

The seller would seek an outright acquisition or a majority sale of the business interest while retaining a minority interest.

Clients are offered to rent the entire facility or studios plus meeting rooms and lounges. Rental periods typically range from a day to two weeks. It is possible to rent Studio A and Studio independently.

The live room boasts unique variable acoustic panels on the walls and ceiling that can be adjusted from reflective to absorption. This allows the live room to modify its reverb time by approximately 400 milliseconds, giving the main sound stage flexibility when recording smaller ensembles or bands.
