When I first bought this nearly-new townhouse, which is essentially a luxury villa with a communal pool (hence the property type under the law), my vision was clear: a home that gave the comfort of a private house with the lifestyle of a resort. And this place has delivered exactly that.

Each morning felt like a holiday. I’d step out onto the terrace with coffee in hand, watching the sun light up the mountains in the distance, the pool below catching the glow. The day began quietly, with birdsong and the smell of garden blooms. Yet within minutes, I could be in the centre of Hua Hin — picking up fresh produce at the market, enjoying a café brunch, or heading to the beach.
