From the Current Tenant — “Clean, Quiet, and Full of Ease”
We moved here from the UK last year with the aim of finding a calm, clean, and functional space for our family — and this condo truly delivered more than we expected.
What struck us first was how much space we had, especially compared to other units we’d seen. The living room isn’t cluttered — it flows. The neutral walls, soft beige fabrics, and light wood tones gave us a blank canvas to make it our own. No overwhelming colors, no noisy furniture — just simple, smart design that allowed us to settle in fast.
We both work from home, and there was plenty of space for two workstations, without ever feeling cramped. On the weekends, we’d all be together in the lounge watching Netflix or cooking as a family. The kitchen, though minimalist, has everything — lots of countertop space, a full fridge, easy-to-clean cabinets, and even a corner for our espresso machine.
The main bedroom is huge — with a lovely ensuite bathroom and a real bathtub (great for winding down after a long day). Our child used the second bedroom, and it easily fit a full bed, study desk, and toy storage. And everything is easy to clean — no sharp corners, no unnecessary fuss.
The building is also something we’ll miss — quiet, peaceful, and human-scale. No long elevator waits, no noisy lobby. Just greenery, security, and a calm, respectful vibe. We even made friends with two other expat families in the building — the kind of people who smile and say hello, or invite you for a weekend wine night on the balcony.
The best part? You’re near everything, but it doesn’t feel like it. You can walk to the BTS, grab groceries from Gateway, or get Thai food, sushi, or sourdough — all without needing a car.
Honestly, this place gave us clarity, calm, and room to just live. It wasn’t flashy. It didn’t try too hard. It just worked — beautifully.

“I Was Built for the Quiet Joys of Everyday Life”
I am not loud. I don’t compete. I don’t boast about square footage or skyline views.
But when you live in me — you’ll understand that comfort doesn’t have to shout.
I was designed for people who appreciate flow. My rooms connect without clutter. My walls wear soft tones. My furniture is functional, modern, and easy to live with — not staged for a showroom, but selected to make life easier and more beautiful.
My main bedroom wraps you in peace — with light that softens in the afternoon and space to stretch. My bathrooms are clean, tiled, and practical, with deep tubs and tidy storage. My kitchen? Nothing extravagant — but everything is where it should be. Simple lines, clean counters, and space to cook or make tea without bumping elbows.
What I love most is the calm that surrounds me. I’m at the top of a low-rise, with only a few neighbors. There’s no foot traffic. No noise bouncing up from below. My balcony catches breeze in the evenings, and the garden down below gives just enough green to balance the concrete jungle around us.
Outside, the city is alive — Ekkamai station, cafés, international schools, the best pastries in Bangkok. But step through my doors, and that fades. You get stillness. You get warmth. You get a space that lets your day unfold gently.
I may not be the flashiest address in Bangkok, but I might just be the one you stay in longest.
Because I make the hard days easier — and the good days even better.
Come live with me. I’ll take care of you.
