30-Day Returns Guarantee
We offer a full 'return and refund' on any candle or other product purchased through our online store, provided the item is:
Returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
In its original, unused condition
In its complete original packaging, including protective materials and labels
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, simply contact us at david@prime-property-thailand.com, through our store’s support page, or send us a message via the link provided on our Google Store listing. Our team will guide you through the quick and easy process.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be:
Issued to your original method of payment, and
Processed within 5–7 business days
We’ll notify you as soon as your refund has been approved and released.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns forcandles that have been:
- Damaged after delivery or lit, burned, or partially used
- Returned without original packaging
- Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customerunless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In those rare cases, we will
cover all return shipping fees.
